The COMELEC's Office for Overseas Voting (OFOV) is now accepting online application of voting registration  for the 2022 national elections.

 The types of transactions accepted are as follows:

1) Registration (Certification) - for those who have already existing voting registration records in the Philippines.
2) Reactivation - for those whose overseas voting registration record had been deactivated.
3) Updating of addresses and contact information.
4) Transfer of voting registration records between different international locations and from overseas back to the Philippine

Interested applicants can file their requests through any of the following: a) by using the iRehistro System on the COMELEC Website via this link, https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1.
