DIGITAL OVERSEAS VOTER'S ID NOW AVAILABLE
The Philippine Consulate General in Geneva has received from COMELEC the Digital Overseas Voter’s ID of registered voters under its jurisdiction.
You may refer to the below Certified List of Voters (as of 31 March 2024) to check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Philippine Consulate General.

To request a copy of your digital overseas voter’s ID, kindly send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following details:
Subject: Request for Digital OV ID
Body: Include your full name, date of birth, and a copy of a valid ID (PH passport or carte de légitimation issued by the Swiss Government)
No printed copies will be made available. Voters who wish to have physical copies will have to download and print their own file.
